Official Clothing Collection
5ivepillars has partnered with writer-director Bassam Tariq on the official clothing collection for his new film, Your Mother, Your Mother, Your Mother, starring two-time Academy Award winner Mahershala Ali.
The film follows Latif, a devout Muslim hitman navigating grief, fatherhood, and the responsibility of protecting his children. Its title references the Islamic teaching that emphasizes, three times, the care, respect, and companionship owed to one’s mother.
Rooted in faith, family, and the elevated place of mothers in Islam, the story felt naturally connected to the values at the heart of 5ivepillars. Developed alongside Bassam and the film’s team, the collection extends its exploration of motherhood, mercy, devotion, and the bonds that hold families together.
Each piece was created to carry the film’s message beyond the screen. Rather than simply representing the film, the collection offers a tangible way to hold onto its story, through garments designed to be worn and lived in.
The collaboration was first unveiled in Toronto during the film’s world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. Hosted by our friends at Kotn, the showcase brought the film and collection together in a shared space, inviting guests to experience the pieces in person and reflect on the mothers who have shaped their lives.
Your Mother, Your Mother, Your Mother is a story about what we inherit, what we protect, and the love that continues to shape us long after it is first given.
